Comfort and Convenience

Bliss by The Bay is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The entrance features a double-layered door, ensuring extra privacy and security. As you step inside, a cozy hallway welcomes you, with a bedroom to the left. This bedroom has two doors—one leading to the laundry room and the other to the bathroom. Please note that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom.

The kitchenette is equipped with a black fridge, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, knife block, and microwave. While there’s no stove or oven, you'll find all the essentials needed in making light meals. The bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower (no bathtub), and guests will have access to the unit's laundry room for added convenience.

Bliss by The Bay is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking tranquility in a residential setting. Though part of a multi-unit rental property, your unit is fully self-contained. 

Convenient Access to Amenities

The location is also ideal for those who value peace and privacy while still being close to everything. A short walk or drive brings you to Dominion, the largest grocery store downtown. You'll find plenty of residential trails to explore, and the famous Signal Hill National Historic Site is just a short distance away.

Family-Friendly and Secure

The front yard is a spacious parking area, there will be one parking space available per booking. Please note that in winter months, extra caution is recommended, as the terrain can become icy and steep. If you have difficulty walking, please be aware that there is a significant incline from the entrance to the driveway. 

Additional Notes

This basement suite is part of a multi-unit rental property. As such, occasional noise may come from the other units. Like most basement apartments in Newfoundland, you may encounter some insects or bugs, but regular pest control services are in place for your peace of mind. Additionally, the dehumidifier provided will help manage the humidity typically present in basement units.

Important:

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
