Directions and Parking

To ensure a smooth arrival:

  • Please avoid entering from Wicklow Street. Instead, access the property via Oxen Pond Road. From the main road, turn onto Wicklow Street, then Baird Place, and finally Oxen Pond Road.
  • Follow these directions carefully to avoid navigation issues or fines.

Parking:

  • One driveway space is available. For larger vehicles or overflow, nearby street parking is permitted (except during winter months).

Additional Information

  • The home is divided into units with other tenants, so some noise transfer is possible.
  • As typical for Newfoundland apartments, occasional insects or bugs may be present; routine pest control is in place.
  • A recently updated washer and dehumidifier are provided for your convenience.
