• This unit is located in a refurbished historical saltbox home, originally built in the 1890s. While modernized, it retains its historic quirks, which we hope you’ll appreciate!
• Accessibility: The property features stairs and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility challenges.
• Multi-Unit Property:
  • The main unit above is also an Airbnb. The bedroom in this unit is located below the lounging area of the upper unit. Noise is minimal but may occasionally be heard.
  • Guests will have complete privacy, with no shared interior spaces.

Important:

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
